• Permits and Approvals: The customer is responsible for obtaining any required landlord approvals, municipal permits, or condo board authorizations necessary for the installation of antennas, satellite dishes, or external wiring.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Queen City Communications, its directors, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of:

1. The use of, or inability to use, our physical equipment or network services.
2. Any connectivity drops, signal loss, internet outages, or camera downtime—including crucial periods such as livestock calving seasons.
3. Any minor property adjustments inherently necessary for low-voltage setups, such as weatherproofing drills or bracket mounting, provided our technicians exercised standard professional care.Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from our products or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Queen City Communications for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
