This lock supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to unlock the door effortlessly using their smartphone via the Alfred Home mobile app.
For added versatility, the DB1-A-BL includes a traditional key override, ensuring you’re never locked out even in the event of battery failure. The backlit touchscreen keypad provides access using up to 20 customizable PIN codes, including one-time use and time-limited codes – ideal for guests, cleaners, or contractors.
The Alfred DB1 is built for security and simplicity, offering features like auto-relocking, a privacy mode (to disable code entry from the outside), low-battery warnings, and a micro-USB emergency power port. Installation is straightforward, designed to retrofit on standard North American deadbolt preps (2-3/8” or 2-3/4” backset).
