The DCPA driveway alarm kit is a premium wireless driveway monitoring system that detects approaching vehicles with precision and reliability. It features a 250-foot direct burial cable connected to a magnetic probe that senses metal objects moving within 10–12 feet of the detection zone—ideal for driveways, gates, farm entrances, and remote properties.
The probe connects to a weatherproof outdoor transmitter that runs on three CR123a lithium batteries. Once a vehicle is detected, the transmitter sends a signal up to one mile to a compatible Dakota Alert 4000 Series receiver (not included), which can be set to different tones for alerts. This system does not trigger on people or animals, eliminating false alarms.
